I'm on Levaquin 750 mg/Generic Levofloxacin for 9 days. Today is the third dose, and my breathing is better—there is no tightness when I take a deep breath. I haven't moved around to see if the shortness is still there. Also, last night, I had a temperature of 101. I had to remind myself that it was only one day and two doses.

I am on Amoxicillin CAV but it took 5-6 days to see much improvement. I ran a very low grade fever for 3 days but am feeling much better today (7th day on antibiotics).
Hope you start feeling better soon!

It took 4 days before I noticed any change. Patience is hard to come by when you feel sick and have been on antibiotics for days. Hang in there you will be on the mend before you know it.
