Your pancreas controls blood sugar by releasing insulin naturally. Either you have an imbalance of enzymes in your gut needing good bacteria or you have an issue with your pancreas. I am not a dr but as my blood sugar was slightly high, I changed diet and lost weight. I am 6’ 3” tall and not easy to do. But a simple test at my General Practitioner office (Full Lab Equipment) my “A1C” was down and considered normal & glucose levels are consistently 92-110 max. Do some online research and get into your Dr soon. Write it down to remember what to discuss and ask questions about your issues. For some reasons dr’s talk less and less in today’s world.
Enjoy the holidays!
