Hello @windyshores ,
I didn’t start Tymlos yet. I got my Evenity shot this week. I hope that this is the last one. I been working with new doctor on starting Tymlos. He doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about Evenity. My understanding is that he doesn’t prescribe this medication to his patients. I wanted mention to you that I keep going to some therapy and feel much worse after lately. I probably should stop. He does a lot of manual work on my back. I’d like to know when your back pain started improving after you started Tymlos? I just worry that my evenings been so bad lately not sure how I will be injecting myself. I will try my best to handle it. Need to make at least small changes in order to see where this going to take me. Thank you so much for communicating with me.

I hope the PT is not doing manual therapy while you are lying down @sunny65. I can only have massage/manual therapy while sitting up!

Not much is known about Tymlos after Evenity. Usually it is the other way around. Can you get a second opinion? It might be worth a try to do Tymlos. I hope you will let us know if it helps since there is so little research on this.

Tymlos did not cause me pain. That's me and others may have different experiences. For me, it prevented further fractures and therefore further pain. However with 7 spinal fractures that don't "heal" but only stabilize, I can certainly relate to your experience though mine has improved with time, walking, tai chi and judicious use of muscle relaxers Much of my pain is muscle pain triggered by changes in the structure of the spine. Keep us posted!
