I am currently taking 100 mg of tramadol three times daily. Three 75 mg tabs is 225 mg of tramadol, not 112. This seems a bit high, but I hope your doc knows what he/she is doing. I take so many other drugs, I have almost lost track. When I look at the conglomeration of pills that I lay out during the day, it almost scares me. I'd like to think that at least one of my four or five docs would mention something if there was a problem. Of course, in this relatively small town here in Delaware, health care is like a vast waste land compared to my previous medical services back in PA.
