Hello @lylehorner. It sounds like you are doing everything you can to pursue answers for what is going on with your leg after hip surgery. Has there been any progress with the VA on getting another appointment with Northwestern? Other Connect members have discussed some difficulties getting appointments through the VA in the past, are they addressing your concerns and working with you to see another specialist's opinion?

@lyhorner, if possible Connect members are encouraged to avoid typing in ALL CAPS because it can be viewed as shouting in written communication. However, this is not always possible as some visual impairments require it, but it is encouraged to avoid if possible.

@lylehorner, you mentioned you had great initial strength after surgery, has your muscle strength suffered in the months since due to the leg issue?

I do not feel as if i have lost muscle strength, HOWEVER, not being able to walk and stand as much as before the surgery, i'm sure there has been some muscle deterioration.
