Vertigo!
I have had it for a few months. Only when lying down. Never when upright.
I have tried the PT exercise ( lie down slowly on left side; then right; then on side)) many times but no success.
Any ideas?

I have found a few physical therapists that have excellent skills at performing the Epley maneuver. It works. Get a professional to do it. You have to remain upright for 24 hours after having it done for the crystals to dissolve. Then you can recline and lay down with no vertigo. I have had 4 hidious vertigo attacks within a week or two after a fall in the past 4 years. You must find someone who is good at doing it for you.
Go to a therapist (mine was an occupational therapist ) who SPECIALIZES in the treatment of vertigo. He did some specific testing and then specific maneuvers that worked ! (Self-treating maneuvers did NOT work ). One treatment and it fixed the problem !
