I’m so sorry to hear you are so ill with theses problems, I have hyper portal tension as well just found out in July myself. The only thing they will tell me is my condition is currently stable, my liver is hardening, I have chronic pancreatic, many heart problems and just went threw treatment for breast cancer
I just turned 63 in November,
And my health also just gets worse and worse, I have a lot of problems as well. Not much I can say to help you
