I bought two Phillips InnoSpire Go nebulizer and the second one is over a year old and showing signs of stopping. They were quiet and fast but the company has discontinued them. I am looking for a replacement and seeing mixed reviews. The comments on this chain were from 2023. Hoping someone can update with some good choices. Thanks.

So far the I considered Aura PortNeb, but the components cannot be sterilized. There is another available in Europe, but I cannot find a US distributor. Most of the less expensive ones are not made for twice (or more) daily use, and often say "not suitable for hypertonic saline).

I guess there's no current good news.
