So sorry to hear your journey. When I am in that state I cannot THINK! A friend suggested to imagine where I want to be in a few years. What is valuable to you now.

Hmmmm....for me, that "place to be in a few years" would be a dimension in time in which I am free of ALL pain (there are many sources besides the CRPS), a calm world in which I will have finally completed my memoir and succeeded in having it published.......That's a good point in time..💖
