I was up to 400mg of Lyrica for many years - it makes you gain weight plus other side effects. I now take LDN- low dose naltrexone for pain- not numbness & I’m down to 100mg of LDN. Hope to be off it completely soon. Learn more about it here:

A typical dose of LDN is 4.5 mg. Are you sure you’re taking 100 mg?
