@susanjane77 the statistics I have seen would seem to indicate that the risk is still rather low at 5 years. I personally would be more afraid of Prolia rebound and would ask the doctor if one more Reclast would be enough to stop the rebound from stopping Prolia. Otherwise Evenity might be a way to go depending on whatever studies have come out.
Of course one Reclast would mean delaying dental work for some months.
