Do you have discomfort from the implants during your normal daily activities. I’m one year post surgery and still require a shield during the day.

No, I don't experience pain or discomfort. On one or two occasions I did not deflate and experienced discomfort and annoyance in adjusting to often. But in my daily activities, no.
