If you are speaking about the handheld nebulizers that use an impeller and mesh to produce droplets instead of a compressor with tubing, the reliable hand-held ones meant for every day use are pricy. The cheaper ones on Amazon are extremely variable as to how they hold up to daily use, how long they last before they leak, and how they can be sterilized.

Can you tell us more about how you use your nebulizer? Is it possible to neb at home and carry an inhaler for use while you are out and about? Are you dealing with Bronchiectasis or a different lung problem?

I’m traveling and use my nebulizer for bronchiectasis.
