Farts are made by gut bacteria, so I recommend having your gut biome evaluated. From a dietary perspective, eliminating air in food might be helpful-- whipped or foamed foods, leavened bread (anything with air holes like sourdough), etc.. If you're eating sugar free candies, those will definitely mess you up. Go without for a week to see if it helps. Anything containing allulose, chicory root fiber, or other sugar alcohols is a prime offender. Lastly, consider eliminating drinking straws. Sending best wishes-- sounds very frustrating!
