Make a habit of doing it in the tub on the toilet a place where you only have to take a few minutes to be sitting in your car requires nothing other than remembering to breathe. Once you start seeing the effects and changes that will happen to your body. it will become like second nature, but it doesn’t only have to be when you’re having a flareup. They get a routine in your life.
