@arlene1958 it is okay to stay at 7 clicks if you never tolerate the full 80mcg. I had dramatic gains at 7mcg.

I switched to mornings and no longer woke up with a headache. Lots of people take it at night with the idea that going to sleep will avoid experiencing side effects, but I had an awful headache when I injected at night.
