Anyone have input on living with symptoms from cardiomyopathy?

I have had 5 blackout episodes in 2 years due to my HCM. 4 while walking and 1 on my bicycle. Many injuries and broken bones each time because I have no warning. Anybody have any suggestions for help in preventing these?

Talk to a Cardiologist specialist in HCM to treat it. Ask him if Camzyos is an option for it solved my heart issues. I
