I am due this Thursday for another shot and think I may leave it off. It's every other week and the bad thing about the shots is that it takes longer to leave your system unlike the pills. I take 100mg Coq10 and may increase to 200 for a time. Definitely worse upon waking and going to bed. I just want my stamina in me legs back. It's like a double whammy with my knee thrown in as they had to cut muscles I believe. I already have arthritis several places and statin can't be helping but how do we get it down if we can't take them. I take the Qunol Coq10, Centrum Silver and Mega red (fish oil)
