I have a history of constipation and everything that the doctor had me try either caused side effects or didn't work.
I found the coconut water with a little 100%fruit juice helped my constipation.
I have short gut syndrome and most medication for constipation I can't take.
Lack of fluids can also cause constipation. Plain water isn't the best fluid to drink for some people. Some people need extra sodium and glucose in their fluids for it to absorb. Lack of electrolytes can also cause constipation.

I can’t drink plain water all I drink is mio and crystal light flavors or starburst or skittles. I drink a can of Ollie pop it’s a probiotic when I start getting constipated and it helps
