@windyshores, I been taking 0.5 mg Clonazepam for a while and doctor increased to 1 mg. I know it is very bad with Tramadol and overall just bad for you. I afraid to add CBD in a mix. How much Melatonin you been taking? I bought 10 mg and want to try. I tried bio freeze and it helped a little bit but irritated skin and after that I wasn’t able to use my tens unit. I want to stop Clonazepam. I tried to go back to 0,5 mg and didn’t work. I still trying to cut back and just quit and see how many nights I can go without a sleep. Even with 1 mg Clonazepam I sleep from 11pm to 3:30-4:00 am. That’s why I want to find good functional medicine doctor because they usually have some natural supplements. I feel Evenity not working for me because I am not able exercise. Just walking on treadmill for a 10 minutes at the time take a brake and then another 10 minutes. Pain takes all my energy and everything what I used to do before this started. I am always dizzy like 5 days after Evenity shot. Is this happened to you ? Or to anybody in this group?

My side effects on Evenity happened when it peaked- after a week? I forget!

I don't know how long you have been taking clonazepam but stopping it can be very difficult. If you have been on 1mg every night for a few weeks, you need to taper very slowly and carefully. My family member has had to do that. I try to keep at 1/4 of the 0.5 and take it as infrequently as possible because at some point we need more, and it becomes hard to stop. I hope you can get some help with this. Some doctors say things like "cut in half for a week." Um, I don't think so. A functional medicine doctor might be a good resource.

10mg of melatonin is a pretty high dose but since you are on clonazepam maybe you need that. I would maybe not take it until you see a functional medicine doctor. I'll think of you when I wake at 3:30am!!!
