Omg same here.. my mom passed away recently and I had to tell people to hug me gently bc I will break literally… I can’t even stretch in the morning bc it will pop.. Im very careful when I do things. I’m very active and love to work outside but when this happens I’m screwed. I know it’s a good 3 to 4 weeks of pain🥺
