I have rib pain and can't lean against anything because I feel like a rob pops out of place and it lasts for about a week of pain if it happens. My t score is -3.7
I'm not doing shots .I take bone health tabs I'm 59 and found out about 5 year's ago when I fell and crushed my L2.

@blessedsista24 I had three lumbar fractures at -3.7 that are permanently painful and disabling. I was fine before I made one unwise movement. With an L2 fracture your risk is increased for more fractures. I don't wish for you to experience what I have so wonder if you would consider meds. Tymlos brought mine down to borderline -2.5 in 18 months. Believe me I understand your resistance but am just sharing my experience.

That’s me exactly.. I can barely lean over my couch or lift something of a little weight and I feel a pop.
My t score is bad too.. I was getting out of bed the day before thanksgiving and felt a pop and have been sleeping in my recliner since bc I can’t lay flat.. did a dr tell you why that happens?
