I have taken Duloxetine for several years now for depression and nerve pain from ankylosing spondylitis...... can't tell much effects from it.

That's why I don't take any medications for this neuropathy. I've been on all of them gained weight, my children said I acted wacky on the gabapentin. I'm taking a low milligram of methadone but it does nothing for my pain. Currently I'm losing a lot of weight, I'm hungry but I take a few bites spit it out and do that all day. I recently was told I have Sjogrens and Raynaud's, but have I have been sick for years. It took me a long time to get my biopsies, now I'm hoping the Rheumatologist can treat me for all the pain and other symptoms. I'm hoping to get a full body Pet Scan soon to check for any return of cancer due to my weight and appetite loss. I'm so over this pain. The way I feel is as if I'm dying very slow .
How do you manage your pain and other symptoms? Have you lost appetite or weight?
