All the GI drs suggested it after I started talking about it, and I get the generic from CVS (in the USA) called Intestinal Defense. It reduces IBS symptoms and I take it 30 minutes before I eat. I can certainly notice a difference if I skip it for a day or two. There is a screenshot attached of the product. It is not a magic bullet, but it helps.
