I have experienced the same thing with Tymlos. Interestingly, it stopped when I kept the needle in for a count of twenty after injection, with Walgreens brand 31 gauge, 8 mm pen needles. I just ran out of them, and started using the BD (Becton Dickinson) needles of same size, and am once again experiencing the droplet at the end of the needle—no matter how long I leave it in. I am, however, at the end of the pen and will soon start a new one and am wondering if that could have an impact. Interesting!
This happened to me too - a droplet at the tip of the pen needle after injection was done, not often. Occasionally, there would be a small droplet came out from skin injection site, even i let the needle remain under the skin for about 10 seconds after injection. I thought it might be due to the pressure imbalances in either case.
