Hello. I have upper back pain and especially around the left collarbone area. Was down to 4 mg but have now bounced back up to 7 mg which is helping the pains but they are not completely gone. Does anyone else have collarbone pain?

I do. PMR first presented for me with neck and collar one area pain. When I taper, that pain comes back most often there.
