Treatment for burning feet and ankles
I can’t sleep at night due to burning feet and ankles. Has anyone found a product that you can rub onto these that takes away the discomfort and allows you to get to sleep

Feet on pillow marginal benefit.
I use a rub on called Myo Med PRO. Occasionally I fill in with Diclofenac Sodium Tropical., Also Mountain Ice. Three years and they work for me. One of these at a time. Good luck!
Thanks. The 1800mg is Gabapentin, but really doesn't address pn pain. It was prescribed for migrsine/chronic headaches.
I was on Tramadole but stopped that due to side effects of more headaches, constipation, xand difficulty urinating.
I'm currently doing aquatic therapy which helps some, but I don't see it as a long term solution.
I try to stay active, and intend to pick up my pace of exercising.
I'm open to suggestions.

I have PN really really bad and an an 80 year old Vietnam Veteran now in the 80,000 mile "extended warranty" and there is nothing there when you open it up!!!
I do. use a whole lot of Sombra on most parts of my body in the morning and at bedtime and that seems to help me a lot but the pain is always there and no help possible for me as I am highly allergic of opiates and most meds!!! Hanging in there as best I can for my beautiful wife who takes such great care of my. Semper Fi.
I’m not exactly sure what you have going on, i just joined this group. I have insane pain stamped with “fibro” I get intense burning stingy shooting stabbing tingling pain in my whole body. I used to use Epsom salt lotion, (now it’s not sold at Walgreens anymore, it is in the Natural or Natural Food section, a Health Food store, or online shopping.) some have added arnica for pain relief. Now I use arnica as needed, and my husband got me a foot massager that sits on the floor, and then I use a heating pad or ice sometimes to get relief too!
& Thank you for your Service, and I really hope you get some relief!
I use Diclofenic 3% plus lidocaine 5% ointment plus Muscle Rub (salicylic acid, menthol, camphor OTC) sometimes all three! I am starting STRETCHES because nothing is resolving this and I think its a compressed sciatic nerve. Botox injections and anti-inflammatory injections in the piriformis help me for months or years at a time.
Thank you for your service! My husband is also a Vietnam veteran and also suffers from foot neuropathy. What is Sombra and where do you get it?
Check into Scrambler Therapy. There is a doctor in Minnesota who does it and does not charge unless it works. …. Dr. Max W……
Thanks to everyone who replyed/commented to my post. Sombra works great for me on all the parts of my body that have all the aching, stinging, itchy pain, I purchase Sombra over the Internet at Amason and it works for me for temporary relief and I exercise 30 to 40 minutes a day with stretches, yogo, and light weights (twice a week) as everyone says you have to keep moving no matter how hard it is. Trying a new "snake oil now and will keep everyone updated.
