Update: I sat down with the landlord today. They could not tell me details of what's taking place but they said they, and the police, are aware of the situation. They said they must ensure that all legal procedures are followed and this can take some time. But the good news is the problem will permanently end sooner than later. Thank goodness!

In the meantime I still can't relax until they are out. Physically getting them out will be interesting. They might go voluntarily but my guess, as I indicated in an earlier post, is that there may have to be some kind of law enforcement action to physically remove them.

I’m happy to hear that . Your Landlord should have given them a lease violation. It’s a process . Prayers for you , stand strong .
