I was tested for herpes i requested a full panel and im also not having an itching or burning and no sores/ ulcers or paper cut looking painful parts down there.

Could it be an inflamed lymph node? Have you been sick lately or run down? Have you had any autoimmune antibody testing or could you be allergic to something? Your immune system seems to be fighting something.
