Hi there. I had a brain tumor removed and after the surgery, they had to do radiation. That’s what caused me to have chronic encephalamacia. I started noticing it in 06 and it has been progressing very slowly. My symptoms are seizures, spasticity, weakness on my right side etc. I would strongly advise an anti-inflammatory diet. No processed foods whatsoever. Turmeric with a pinch of black pepper, ginger, blueberries, spinach lettuce are great for keeping down the inflammation which ultimately can lead to increased seizure activity. Also foods high in omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial. Also, Use only holistic supplements to maintain cognitive function. I just started this diet and have seen major benefits which proves to me that the best medications are actually the right foods. I wish I had known this back then. At first said, theytold me it was scarring, which is true, but they said it was only scarring and not a big deal.. In fact, it hadn’t appeared on any of my MRI reports until about three years ago. It would be ideal to get into a stem cell trial as I heard some of them have been successful. Please forgive me for the extra long response, but if you have any questions feel free to ask =]

Hello, I would love to know more about stem cell trial. I have redemonstration of encephalomalacia in the right inferior frontal lobe and subfrontal region. I'd like to know more about this as "the subfrontal region" is new in the mri language
