Is there any help at all for foot numbness in PN

I wish I could say my workouts improve my numbness. At age 74, my strength has definitely diminished due in part to our location (a senior facility). This place has a room they call the Fitness Room and the best thing I can say about that is it has a couple of recumbent bikes. They actually had zero weights until we moved in and that was only because I figured with the money we spend to live here, the least they can do is provide the equipment for seniors to stay healthy!
Because of the neuropathy, I find it extremely difficult to do anything for my legs. When I did do squats even with the light dumbbells they have, my legs hurt for days. The only way I get any leg workout at all is on the bike.
Bottom Line: getting old is harder than having a baby!

Stationary Biking helps. I try and do enough to raise my heart rate although metoprolol Tartrate limits top side. usually no higher than 95. I’m 83 next month. I’ll keep up my leg weights exercises. And post results.
