CoQ10 is an OTC supplement. I have taken it daily for many years for other reasons but it hasn't helped with the numbness from my neuropathy.

This is exactly my experience, no difference at all. None of my doctors or specialists believe numbness from neuropathy can be cured, but improving circulation can make a difference when dealing with declining health that accompanies peripheral neuropathy such as cold feet and hands. A number of suggestions have appeared on Connect. One just has to try different options to find what makes an inroad for relief in their particular situation. And that may change as time goes by.
