Depending on quantity, I use a pantiliner. Or w D- use a pad. Hope this helps

As a male, I have tried using an insert, but I was worried it would not be enough at the end of the day, so I usually rely on pull-ups. I am just grateful I don't have to rely on bulky diapers that are uncomfortable.
