I’m clueless about an anti-inflammatory diet, but I’ve been lifting weights and doing cardio for 30+ years. This numbness has only gotten worse over the years and not one medical professional has any answer for relief.

You can google Anti inflammatary diet and mediteranean diet. The short of it is no sugar or processed foods, mainly fatty fish like Salmon and mostly fresh veggies, fruits, legumes, Whole grains, healthy fats like avocado and olive Oil, nuts, seeds, berries, plenty to eat and this diet is also good for heart health, weight management, Cancer prevention, and mental health. I for one am happy to try it as there is nothing to lose and only good health to gain.

Suffering from neuropathy with shin burning and toe pain. Weightlifting all my life. Recently introducing more intense (additional sets and heavier weights) leg exercises. Two weeks now. So far find burning and numbness subsiding YET despite efforts, when walking weakness remaining. Any similar results?
