Good to hear that valves really helped you. That may be in my distant future too but I function too well currently and we all prefer to push this further into the future rather than have this happen sooner.

My lung docs also said that in the future we MAY consider adding ensifentrine but that’s not high on any or our lists as the study about its effectiveness was derailed somewhat by COVID. Right now, we have switched me to Trelegy and Dupixent and are waiting awhile to see how I do with these Rx changes.

How fortunate you are! It sounds as though you have an involved and well-informed and grounded Pulmonologist! If the CB phenotype symptoms could be controlled I would be one happy person. Am still puzzled that the Dupixent worked wonders for almost 6 months then ---didn't. Wish my pulmo would have just ordered serology to test for antibodies.....that would answer that! I do wish I had availability to sound care in this somewhat complex case, without having to travel!
