Hi @harrison221. That’s a brilliant solution to a bare, chilly back when your tshirt doesn’t work out well with the Stoma! Another idea that might work for you. Duluth Trading Company (you can order online) has Longtail t-shirts that are cut a little longer. So you’d have more to tuck in! But your idea of having a seamstress reinforce the openings was a really great idea!
