Similar situation I have lung issues from Long covid & astma & worrying like crazy that my radiotherapy will cause further lung damage.
I'm due 3 weeks of daily radiation of 40Gy.
Please keep posting & updating
I do hope your lungs settle but like wise I've been told radition can rate cause long term problem But it's as low as 1 : 1000

My treatment was given as I could go 4 wks Mon to Friday 20 treatments or 2 wks dbl treatment. I come 2 weeks. I am in Canada.I find it interesting.You guys all seem to know all the details.But they aren't given to us.I could probably call down and find out.
But I would have to pay for the report.
