Post radiation: How to be more patient with my recovery?

I was on AI for 2 years and now I'm on BP medication. I was able to control my BP through exercise until now. I think the AIs (anastrozole and exemestance) did me in! But I could be wrong?

I think you’re right. I tried all three AI’s & I had terrible leg & foot cramping. My knees hurt & finally they noticed I had torn a torn meniscus. This happened months after i stopped all AI’s. I believe all was caused by the drugs. I did nothing to hurt my knees?? I feel very positive that these drug side effects last, for a long time, I don’t know how long yet, a year for sure for me.
