I do have a CB phenotype as documented by the pulmonologist. So was hoping that the Ensifentrine would be the answer for some relief. Perhaps by adding roflumilast for the PDE 4 boost may help. I am currently very frustrated! And not sure the physician is giving his full attention to the disease progression and possible treatment options. I have had valves inserted which I am sure have helped tremendously because my sats at rest are between 95-97, however, with activity drop but then only to the high 80's. I suppose I should be thankful for that! I am not on O2 except during a shower.
