Helen I'm interested in getting a second opinion from a Dr at Mayo in Jacksonville. Would you know a Dr that specializes in endometrial cancer recurrence, and options for treatment?

@riverland889, were you able to submit a request for a second opinion at Mayo Clinic? How are you doing?

@riverland889 I don't know of any doctors in Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic. If inquiring for myself or a member of my family I would start with my primary care provider or my local oncologist (if I had been treated locally for endometrial cancer) and ask for a referral to Mayo Clinic. That's how I first was seen at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. My gynecologist referred me after I first had the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
You can self refer at this link. Or as I mentioned above you can ask your doctor to refer you for a second opinion.
