Did Letrozole raise your blood pressure? I have had high BP for years and it has been controlled well on 3 meds until my cancer recurrance. Lately it has been running much higher and I am trying to foigre out if it is a side effect of the Letrozole, or just acute anxiety (which I have had off and on in my life) over dealing with cancer.

I was on AI for 2 years and now I'm on BP medication. I was able to control my BP through exercise until now. I think the AIs (anastrozole and exemestance) did me in! But I could be wrong?

I had high blood pressure prior to cancer diagnosis and it did not change much, if at all, throughout treatment and even on Letrozole. I am taking the same meds for blood pressure and no noticeable change.
