Medications purchased over the internet can be highly suspect if they do not come from a reputable, established supplier. I am not talking about the retail seller like Amazon, but rather the source. Because these are not regulated or tested by FDA or anyone else, you really don't know what you are buying. And whenever a promoter talks about a "proprietary formula" and doesn't disclose the exact quantities of each in it is a RED FLAG and you need to run away.

All that said, I know that synthesized conolodine is being used by some doctors pain pumps, but that would be under medical strict supervision and probably in a higher dosage, and than is offered on-line. And research is still on-going on what might be a safe and therapeutic does, as well as any long-term risks, before it is ready for prime time.
