Over time my cleaning & sterilizing processes has evolved. Like many others I used to clean/boil after each use. Now I use the Bololo sterilizer and do not bother sterilizing after each use, only once a day. I often wonder if that's too much. Ultimately, it comes down to your disease state and comfort level.
