My son did around 30 sessions. He felt improved afterwards, but it was not durable and did nothing for his PEM. They progressively went deeper over time. I am not sure he could answer as to whether it helped his baseline. The biggest improvements he has seen for that have been with antihistamines, Eloquis, and drastically changing his diet to low histamine and minimally processed foods. Maybe Metformin a bit? He has also tried a lot of supplements and maybe the CoQ10 helps the most. But I have heard it works for some.

Yes, but the Israeli research indicates that their patients still feel improved 18 months later. See he now seems to operate same protocol , perhaps even the longer LC one, in Dubai and Miami too. Shame most LC sufferers would never get to even try it!
