This time D levels weren't tested, they have been good in the past. I'll ask about increasing calcium. Yes, bone markers were established prior to starting, but no follow up on those just yet.
I will try the release of pinched skin prior to needle entry. Also, I think the 10 seconds until pulling needle out may be too long, The Forteo video suggests 10 seconds, but the paperwork says 5.

I pinched up, inserted needle and let go as I injected so that nothing leaks out. Most likely others do things differently. My kid has type 1 diabetes so I started doing shots 30 years ago!

I read that Tymlos "eats D3". It might be true of Forteo too, I don't know. I upped my D to 3,000 units and levels stayed stable. So it was true! After I was done with Tymlos, my levels starting going up so to avoid toxicity I went down to 2,000 units or even alternating with 1,000- until my next test.
