Myself personally it has been a miracle drug. I don't feel like a dark cloud is hanging over me anymore. I can breathe normal now. I use my Breztri twice a day for maintenance as the doctor prescribed . I haven't had any exacerbations since I started . Have been using it for 3 months now. It's a blessing 🙏🏼
