Was it best and why to go on Zytega before Darolutamide?
Why not just go on Darolutamide?

Which works best if I had to stop 2nd chemo as I got fluids on lung and embolism because my immune system fought the Docxtel Prednisone 80 them 40 etc clearing it up 6 weeks now On Oxygen compressor inside home and POC Portable Oxygen Compressor outside to church etc

Agree. Switch to Darolutamide. Least amount of side effect and works extremely well.

Zytiga gave me 2 1/2 years without my cancer coming back. Frequently people have their cancer come back before 2 1/2 years on that Drug. So it actually gave me 2 1/2 more years before whatever time I get with Darolutamide. Without becoming resistant to the drugs. If you’re looking for a step-by-step, overall survival, this is one step that was worth taking, for me.

When Darolutamide Starts to fail I can then move to a Parp Inhibitor and hopefully it will give me more years.

I see you the 15 years I’ve survived prostate cancer only benefiting from taking Zytiga first.
