Reclast - when to start Tylenol and Claritin?

The infusion went fine but the side effects are kicking in. I honestly think I've done everything I can - hydrating like crazy, Tylenol and Claritin. I'm sore all over, bones ache, muscles in my legs and back hurt. And it seems as the hours go by, the pains increase. I'm trying to rest. I do not plan on leaving my home til this goes away. Any suggestions are welcome 🙂

@255anny it is semantics but I do not consider what you are going through to be a "side effect" but instead a "reaction," specifically an "acute phase reaction." For me it was similar to what I go through with vaccines. For most of us it goes away quickly: I was sick 2-4 days and not entirely better for a total of 5. Keep us posted!

How long was your infusion?
