I've sent identical self-referrals twice over the last 6 or so weeks, and have yet to hear anything at all.

I found that each patient needs to be their own advocate or have someone be their advocate. Here is a part from an essay I wrote: "I was to receive a call from the scheduling department "soon." What does "soon" mean in Minnesota? A week went by and I called them, but there was no progress. Another week went by and I wrote a message on the patient portal, should've done that in the first place. A day later I received a phone call from the scheduling department. (Advocate for yourself or fall through the cracks.)"
