I am glad (not for your pain) to see I am not crazy as my leg pain also comes and goes-maybe a week at a time then, like a switch, almost feels normal again. Sometimes for a reason such as an activity or overuse but sometimes no reason at all. It, too, keeps me awake and feels like a deep pain/aching. I have had this when I took Fosamax in 2008 so stopped it but took a chance on Reclast. I had one dose and will not take another when due late January. I will see how long it lasts.

I had my Reclast infusion 3 weeks ago and I'm still feeling the pain of side effects. I'm still on Claritin and taking ibuprofen and Tylenol arthritis. If I don't I ache so bad. Saw my NP yesterday and they felt so bad that no one told me about the Claritin. I informed them I will not be doing another Reclast infusion. So when my year comes due I'll be on fosamax. It to has side effects but sounds like they only last till your body adjusts to the meds. I will be on Claritin for another month. I hope that does the trick. Living in joint pain is the worst.
